STEP 1

Print the labels

The app reads your Mozaik job — cutlist and Optimizer — and prints a thermal QR label per part: location, size, edgebanding side, and a sheet map showing exactly where it was nested, in the Optimizer's peel order.

STEP 2

The crew scans

As parts come off the CNC, anyone scans them with their phone camera — nothing to install, unlimited phones, free. Each QR also opens the part's public page: the cabinet in 3D with the part highlighted, the full parts list, and the plans PDF.

STEP 3

Watch it live

Done, remaining and re-cuts update in real time on the shop PC. Station mode works with any USB or Bluetooth scanner gun — point, beep, counted. Close the job with a PDF report of every part, who scanned it, and when.

Do I need Mozaik?

Yes. The app works by reading files produced by your own licensed Mozaik installation. It doesn't include or replace Mozaik.

What do I need?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC with Mozaik installed and licensed, an internet connection, and any thermal label printer (2×1″ labels work great). To scan: any phone with a camera (nothing to install) or a USB / Bluetooth scanner gun.

How do I activate after paying?

Right after checkout you'll see your User ID and license key on screen, and they land in your inbox too. Type them into the app on first launch and you're in.

Do shop phones pay anything?

No. Phones link for free with a 6-digit code and are unlimited — they scan parts and see progress.

What if I need more than one PC?

Add them yourself anytime from Manage subscription with your codes: US$ 3/month per extra PC on the same license.
