Terms of use

1. What it is. QR Scanner CNC is a shop traceability tool: it prints QR labels for the parts of your jobs and tracks cutting progress. It is sold as a subscription.

2. You need your own Mozaik. The app works by reading files produced by the Mozaik® software installed and licensed ON YOUR computer (the database export and the files in your jobs folder). QR Scanner does not include, replace or modify Mozaik, and does not work without it. You are responsible for keeping your Mozaik license current.

3. Read only. QR Scanner never writes to or modifies Mozaik files: it only reads them to build labels, lists and views.

4. Your data is yours. Designs, cutlists, plans and progress are yours. Skyrev LLC only stores them to provide the service and deletes them on the app's schedules (for example, 15 days after archiving a job, its 3D and its plans are deleted from the server).

5. What you publish is public. The pages the QR codes open (each part's page, the 3D and the PDF plans if you upload them) can be seen by ANYONE with the label or the address, no password. You decide what to upload; you are responsible for not publishing information you do not want to share.

6. The subscription. Access depends on keeping the subscription current. If it is suspended or expires, the desktop app stops publishing and printing; QR codes already applied keep working per the app's schedules. The app needs internet to work.

7. No absolute warranties. The app is provided "as is". Always verify measurements and plans against Mozaik before cutting: cutting is the shop's responsibility.

8. No affiliation. QR Scanner CNC is an independent product by Skyrev LLC. It is not affiliated with, nor endorsed, sponsored or approved by Mozaik Software or Cyncly. Mozaik is a trademark of its owner.

9. Subscription, billing and automatic renewal. The subscription is billed monthly in advance, by card, through Stripe, at the price shown on the page where you subscribed (plus the price per extra PC, if your plan charges for them and you add any). It renews automatically every month and your card is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. We email you a receipt for every payment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

10. Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time, online, from Manage subscription (with the codes from your license email) or by replying to that email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, including partial months and unused PCs, except where the law requires otherwise. Removing extra PCs takes effect on your next invoice.

11. Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

12. Acceptable use. Do not use the service to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to attack or overload our servers, or to resell or share your license codes outside your shop. We may suspend a license that does.

13. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyrev LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost material, lost time or lost profits), and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with its effective date and, for important changes, email you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your place of residence says otherwise.
