Privacy policy

Who we are. QR Scanner CNC is a product of Skyrev LLC, Miami, Florida, USA ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, the QR Scanner CNC desktop app, the phone app, the part pages that the QR labels open and the design links shops share with their clients. What we collect

• Account and billing: your name or shop name, email, phone and the details of your subscription (plan, PCs, status, payment dates and amounts). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Shop data you choose to publish: job names, cutlists (part names, sizes, materials), sheet layouts, 3D designs, plans you upload, and the progress of each part. This comes from your Mozaik files when you prepare labels or share a design.
• Use of the apps: an identifier for each computer that activates the license, the app version, the last time it connected, simple usage counters (for example how many labels were printed, without the content) and error reports when the app fails. In the phone app, the name each phone is linked with and which parts it scanned and when.
• Website: the cookies described below and the technical data every web request carries (IP address, browser, pages requested), which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site.
• Affiliate applications: if you apply to our affiliate program, the name, email, phone, website and description you send us, to review your application and contact you. If you become an affiliate, also how many visits your link gets and the shops it brings in, so we can pay your commission.
• Referrals: if you arrived through a distributor's site or a partner's link, which partner it was, and visit counts for that link (not who visited).

How we use it

To provide the service (activate your license, publish your labels and pages, show progress), bill your subscription and send receipts, give support, keep the service secure and working (including fixing errors), improve the product, credit and pay our distributors and partners, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that process data for us under contract: Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage), Stripe (payments and billing portal) and Resend (sending our emails).
• The distributor or partner who referred you: they can see your shop name, contact details, subscription status, payments and app usage statistics in their partner portal, so they can support you and receive their commission.
• Anyone with a label or link: the part pages, 3D views and plans a shop publishes, and the design links it shares, can be opened by anyone who has the label or the address. The shop decides what to publish.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, and a buyer of our business if it is ever sold (under this same policy).

How long we keep it

Account and billing records: while your subscription is active and afterwards as long as tax and accounting laws require. Published jobs: until you delete or archive them (archived jobs, their 3D and plans are deleted 15 days after archiving). Design links: until you remove them. Usage counters and error reports: up to 24 months. Website logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short time.

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), license access needs both of your codes, partner portals are protected, and card data stays with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to give you a copy, to correct it or to delete it (except what we must keep by law), and to stop any optional processing. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them; we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK you also have the rights of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection) and you can complain to your data protection authority. We process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the service; optional cookies only with your consent. To make a request, email support@qrscannercnc.com from the address on your license; we will verify it is you and answer within 30 days (45 for California requests). An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission.

International transfers

We are in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. When data comes from Europe, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children

QR Scanner CNC is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. You can reject the optional cookie in the notice, change your choice any time in Cookie settings, or block cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of optional cookies. The checkout page is run by Stripe, which uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud (see Stripe's privacy policy).

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with its effective date and, for important changes, email our customers.
